Tell yourself the real things
If there is one truth, it is rarely that a miracle comes out of the adversity in which we are now.
I do not say that it is not possible, but when it happens, it is often because at the beginning we expressed the strong desire to see things change. Something happened in us, which led us to feel powerfully that all this can not continue. It’s sort of an unconscious decision that invites the current circumstances to improve significantly. That is to say that the miracle was still a bit created by us ..
However, if we tell ourselves the real things, how do we hope to see our life improve if we continually plunge into lamentation and dissatisfaction? If we think that we are at the mercy of everything that happens to us and that others never treat us properly and that they are always wrong.
It is to take back all the energy that we spend unnecessarily right and left to complain about our fate to do something more constructive: intervene concretely in what is lacking in our life
It does not hurt to take control of your life, to take responsibility, to admit that you have been wrong and that you participate, most of the time, in all the shit that falls on us. Not only does it do no harm, but it’s a good thing . It is taking back all the energy that we spend unnecessarily right and left to complain about our fate to do something more constructive: intervene concretely in what is lacking in our lives.
Act rather than wait
If only we knew how much change can have a significant impact in what we are currently experiencing. Sometimes it is enough to start with small things here and there, the first being to align our thinking and actions on what we really want to see in our lives and not the other way around.
To linger is to give even more power to the situation.
We must not dwell on things that bother us, shock us, frustrate us, demolish us. To linger is to give even more power to the situation. What has been done and said can not be erased . However, we can start from the present situation to try to make something much more acceptable to ourselves and others.
Let’s learn how to put ourselves in “action” mode and ask ourselves seriously: “What could I do to improve this? “
Let’s not forget that we have a choice … to be happy.
