The pecan milk that is found in stores is a bit expensive and contains useless sweeteners, so I decided to take inspiration from it to create my own version.
I knew there was a simple way to make pecan milk, without any added sweeteners, and better than the original. So, I started experimenting with my own recipes, and after a few more or less successful attempts, I finally perfected the recipe. It’s creamier than almond milk or coconut milk, making it perfect for use in recipes, muesli and homemade cereals.

Ingredients of the new milk:
- 10 drops of liquid vanilla extract with stevia
- 1 liter of hot water
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 01 or 02 to 03 or 04 cups of pecan
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Start by soaking the pecans in a large bowl filled with water overnight, or no more than 24 hours before using them. After soaking, filter the water, and rinse the pecans well. Then put the pecans in a blender, the liter of hot water, and salt. Now mix for about 3 minutes, or until the mixture becomes creamy.
Then let it sit for 2 minutes before pouring it into a fine strainer in a glass jar or jar. After spending all the milk you can keep it in your fridge for up to a week, and enjoy it in your coffee, cereal, or just as a refreshing treat.
