1. The endomorph
Endomorphs tend to have a larger, stocky body, and although they are strong, they unfortunately store a large amount of fat along these muscles. The endomorphs have a large bone structure, a thick chest, a middle body massive, short arms and thick legs, with hips and wider joints.
You also build muscle more easily compared to other bodies, however, the same goes for fats, and you often struggle to get rid of unwanted fat.
If you fall into the category of the endomorph, you can easily have muscles with a good weight training, but if you do not pay attention to your diet, you may not like what comes with these muscles. As your body tends to store more subcutaneous fat, try to avoid insulin-enriched foods like sugar and carbohydrates, and focus on eating with quality animal protein, healthy fats.

2. The mesomorph
The mesomorph has a classic athletic physique, they are leaner, but they are quite muscular and well proportioned. Mesomorphs have a thin waist, slightly thinner joints, long muscles, medium build. Plus, you have fast results with bodybuilding.
If you can eat a lot of protein, vegetables and healthy fats, do not consume too much carbohydrate, and find a balance between cardio training and bodybuilding, your body should stay strong and well maintained.
If you had to imagine the body of an Olympic marathon runner, or an NBA basketball player, you would imagine an ectomorph. To see if you fit, the ectomorphs have a slim build, long legs, small joints, narrow hips, and a small muscle mass.
In addition, they have an incredibly fast metabolism, but unfortunately they struggle to gain muscle and fat. If you are in this category, you are probably trying to gain weight, which makes your fitness plan a little different from others.
One of your biggest challenges is going to be getting enough calories, so be sure to offset your metabolism incredibly effectively, especially if you are trying to build muscle.
You can eat carbohydrates with little risk of gaining weight, as well as nuts, olives and avocados without taking extra fat.
