The potato poultice
Grate and mash a raw potato. Drop this mixture between two pieces of cotton. Put this poultice on your dark circles for 15 minutes. The potato has bleaching agents that will naturally reduce dark circles.
Cucumber has been part of grandma’s remedies for centuries to lessen puffiness and dark circles under the eyes. Cut two slices of cucumber, let them cool for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Lie down with your head slightly elevated and place a slice of cucumber on each eye for 10 to 15 minutes keeping your eyes closed.
The coffee grounds
Mix in a bowl 1 tbsp. 1 teaspoon yoghurt coffee grounds and a few drops of lemon. Put your preparation in the fridge for several hours. You can now apply your “home concealer” under your eyes. Leave for 15 minutes, then rinse.
Mix 1 tbsp. honey with 100 ml of warm water. Soak two cottons of this mixture. Let it sit under your eyes for about 10 minutes. Rinse with clear water.
