We will not leave home without him. We panic when we can not get our hands on it. We hasten to recharge when the battery is low. We feel that something is missing when it is not in our hands or nearby.
Electromagnetic radiation from your mobile phone
There are two types of electromagnetic radiation:
1. Ionizers – high frequency and high energy (X-rays, cosmic rays, etc.)
2. Non-ionizing – low frequency and low energy (radio frequency, microwaves, static fields, etc.)
Mobile phones transmit a form of non-ionizing radiation. It is thanks to this transmission that there are wireless calls and Wi – Fi connections. The nearby body tissues absorb this energy. (1)
Radiation is increased during active phone calls, but exposure continues long after. A study published in 2009 measured pelvic bone density in 150 men, who wore their phones on their belts for 15 hours a day for about six years. Scientists discovered that bone mineral density had decreased on the side of the basin, where there was the cell phone.
In one case, a woman without cancer predisposition had multifocal breast cancer. The cancer cells described the shape of his cell phone. It was really strange; then the woman explained that she was constantly putting her phone in her bra. (2)

List of the 10 worst cell phones
The FCC has created guidelines for measuring radiation in the tissue using the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR). The SAR has set the legal limit for mobile phone radiation at 1.6 watts of energy absorbed per kilogram of body weight. This test uses the thermal effects of phone radiation.
The limit is 1.6, but some phones are very close.
1. Motorola Droid Maxx –SAR 1,54
2. Motorola Droid Ultra –SAR 1,54
3. Motorola Moto E – SAR 1.5 (3)
4. Alcatel One Touch Evolve –SAR 1,49
5. Huawei Vitria – SAR 1,49
6. Kyocera Hydro Edge –SAR 1,48
7. Kyocera Kona – SAR 1,45
8. Kyocera Hydro XTRM –SAR 1,44
9. BlackBerry Z10 –SAR 1,42
10. BlackBerry Z30 –SAR 1,41
(ZTE Source – SAR 1.41)
(ZTE 4G chain – SAR 1.41) (4)
Protect yourself against radiation:
Reduce your consumption. Turn off your phone when you are not using it.
Do not carry your phone on you. Avoid putting it in your pocket, belt, or bra. Just keep it away from where you do not want cancer to develop.
Keep your phone 15cm away from your body when it is in use. This perimeter is the most dangerous area of radiation. Stay away.
Use headphones or shielded speakers. (5)
We went too far to completely eliminate the use of mobile phones. Yet by using them wisely we can still avoid unnecessary radiation. If you want to incorporate healthier foods or better habits into your life for you and your family to protect yourself from cancer, then setting limits on mobile phone use falls into the same category.
